Introduction
The Bulacan State University is one of the leading schools
for higher learning in the country today, offering arts
and sciences, technical and professional courses. There
are 573 faculty members including 210 on part time, 86 non-academic
personnel, 72 employees by job contract and about 18,200
students in four (4) campuses: BSU Malolos -Main, BSU Bustos
Campus, BSU Sarmiento-San Jose Del Monte and BSU Meneses-Bambang,
Bulacan offering Doctoral and Masters Degree Programs, Law
and 17 degree courses, 1 non-degree course and a Laboratory
High School.
BSU Offers a wide range of degree programs, conducts basic
and applied research and performs many public service functions.
BSU is mandated to provide higher professional/technical
and special instruction for special purposes and to promote
research and extension services, advanced studies and progressive
leadership in Engineering, Architecture, Education, Arts
& Sciences, Fine Arts, Information Technology, Technological
courses, and Law, Commerce, Agriculture, Fishery, Forestry,
Medicine, Public Administration, and other courses as circumstance
warrants.
