ADMISSION

  1. POLICY STATEMENT
    The university admits students who are of good moral character and have the required academic credentials and have qualified for admission.

  2. POLICY GUIDELINES


    1. Freshmen applicants to the Bulacan State University shall be admitted on the following basis:
      1. Performance in the BSUAT administered by the office of Admissions of the Bulacan State University. o Average of grades obtained in high school (1st & 2nd grading period of 4th year)Ranking will be based on BSUAT Score & GPA in the first and second grading period in fourth year high school. (50% BSUAT + 50% GPA).
      2. Quotas and other requisites needed by the specific college set up by the respective Dean's Offices. (Refer to Letter f. of the entrance examination policy.)
      Qualifiers who intend to pursue admission to the University are required to pay a nonrefundable reservation fee of P300.00. A nonrefundable x-ray fee of P100.00 shall be paid for by qualifiers who wish to reserve for their chosen course.
    2. The Medical/Admission Permit shall be distributed on a specified date to be posted at the Office of Admissions on the date of release of qualifiers.

      REMINDER:
      1. Those who fail to meet any of the above criteria need not apply. Failure to report on any of the designated dates shall mean disinterest thus forfeiting the privilege to enroll in the university. Reservation shall be on a FIRST COME- FIRST SERVE basis. Reserved slot is valid up to the last day of enrollment period only.
      2. Failure to get the admission slip on the designated dates could mean cancellation of the reserved slot.


      Requirement for Reservation:

           Official Receipt of Reservation Fee to be presented to the Office of Admissions.

WHAT IS THE BSUAT

The Bulacan State University Admission test (BSUAT) is a three-hour examination consisting of sub-tests in Science, Mathematics, Filipino, English/Vocabulary and Abstract Reasoning for College and sub-tests in Science, Mathematics, English, Filipino and HEKASI IV for High School. Those who have previously taken the BSUAT are not allowed a retake e.g.: shifter, transferees have to take a different exam.

BSUAT application forms may be obtained from the Office of Admissions, BSU-Main Campus and Office of the Director, BSU Bustos Campus.

WHERE TO FILE THE FORMS

The BSUAT application forms maybe filed with the Office of Admissions at BSU-Main Campus and BSU Bustos Campus.

WHERE TO TAKE THE BSUAT

The BSUAT shall be administered on designated dates in all campuses. Administration of BSUAT for late applicants shall be done on a date to be specified by the Office of Admissions.
