The need for technical specialists whose skills meet global standards spur the College of Industrial Technology to constantly strive to produce world-class graduates. The challenge is also critically urgent as the national efforts to industrialize depends on a skilled manpower base. Consolidating its development initiatives, the College revised and enriched its curricular program to factor in the needs of the region and the demands of global standards. This is complemented by the acquisition of state-of-the-art tools and equipment for major courses and the upgrading of faculty competencies through schooling, on-the-job-training and seminar-workshops. It is axiomatic that the use of modern tools and equipment coupled with an able and competent faculty must result in the production of world-class technicians.

Mission

The College of Industrial Technology shall be geared towards the pursuit of better quality of life for all, emphasizing the acquisition of knowledge and formation of globally competitive skills, values and ideas necessary to make the individual productive and effective citizen. It shall provide the manpower needs of industries in a dynamic and self-sustaining economy.

Vision

The College of Industrial Technology shall become the center for the development of world-class technicians and middle-level industrial managers in Region III. It shall likewise become an instrument to harness the productive capacity of human resources whenever and wherever it is needed.
