Admission Requirements

Applicants for admission should present the following documents:
Collegiate and Secondary Courses

A. Secondary
A weighted average of 83% or better during the fourth grading period duly certified by the principal of the school.

B. College

1. An average of 83% or better in Math and Science and 85% or better in English duly certified by the school principal.
2. A correctly and completely accomplished application form.
3. Two identical I.D. pictures (2x2)
4. A non-refundable application fee of P200.00 for Filipinos and for resident foreign applicants or of $4 for non-resident foreign applicants; and
5. A self-addressed stamped envelope for the mailing of results.

TRANSFEREES/SHIFTERS

1. Qualifying examination
2. Honorable dismissal and/or Transcript of Records
3. Certification of Good Moral Character
4. Health Examination Certificate
5. Two copies of  I.D. pictures

CROSS ENROLEES

Cross-registration Permit
Certification of Good Moral Character

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL TEACHER EDUCATION (CPTE)

Original Transcript of Records of a baccalaureate degree
Two copies of I.D. pictures
