Graduate School History | Philosophy | Vision | Mission | Goals | Objectives | Policies | Contact Us Brief History of the Graduate School The graduate education of the Bulacan State University started in summer of 1977 when, as the Bulacan College of Arts and Trades, the institution, in response to the demand, began to offer the degree Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) with majors in academic and trade-technical courses under its Graduate Studies unit. In 1983, the Graduate Studies unit evolved into the Graduate School. The creation of the Graduate School paved the way for the gradual expansion of program offerings. The Doctor of Education in educational management has been offered since 1990. The MAT program was replaced with Master of Arts in Education with more areas of specialization.
