In her speech on her very first founding anniversary celebration with the BulSU community as the University President, Dr. Cecilia Gascon emphasized that wherever BulSU is in now, it is undoubtedly a product of the collaborative efforts from the founders and past administrations who spent their valuable time, expertise and energy in making the continuous progress and development of the institution.
