As the gateway to the University, the Admission Office sees to it that the thousands of applicants who wish to study in BulSU are properly screend and when qualified for admission, enrolled in courses which match their academic performnace and potential. The BulSU Admission Test that the Office administers, ensure that qualifiers meet the stringent and admission standards of the University.

The Admission Office evaluates the credentials of all applicants for admission to determine their qualifications to take the Univesity entrance examinations. It administers the Bulacan State University Admission Test (BSUAT) on all applicants for enrollment to the different academic programs and submits the list of qualified applicants to the Office of the President for approval. The Admission Office constantly coordinates with the different academic units on all matters pertaining to the student admission. it likewise conducts information campaigns to inform the public of the curricular programs and offerings of the University.
