The transition of students from high school to university life is never easy, especially in an academic environment where high standard is the norm. College life in BulSU demands from students more attention to school work and more involvement in curricular and extra-curricular activities to ensure them of future career success. BulSU extends a variety of services to students to assist them in such transition and make their stay in the university enjoyable, challenging, socially rewarding, and intellectually satisfying. In BulSU, it is not all academic work and no play for students. In coordination with academic departments, a gamut of activities ranging from seminars, forum, tours, sports and academic competitions, social dance, and talent search are programmed every school year. These activities enrich and complement students’ academic works. They also foster sense of fellowship and belonging among students. Their safety and health needs are also attended to.
