VISION
A relevant and responsive community extension services through integrated programs which promote participative leadership to empower people for their total well-being.
MISSION
To serve as a support-mechanism in implementing programs, projects and activities that contribute to the development of participative leaders, strong advocates to a clean, progressive and peaceful environment.
GOALS
- Optimize capabilities and involvement of extension coordinators in community services
- Develop appropriate programs and deliver extension services responsive to perceived/felt needs of its clientele
- Train and empower facilitative local leaders in the community
- Encourage women participation in private and government planning and administrative affairs
- Strengthen collaboration with partners in socio-economic development.
