Welcome to DOST-BulSU Food Testing Laboratory

A joint project with the Department of Science and Technology, the Food Testing Laboratory aims to provide technical assistance in upgrading the quality standards of food manufacturers in the region. The facility extends basic food testing services to food manufacturers and related agricultural industries. It likewise serves the academe and the food processing sector by imparting knowledge and skills and the latest technological advances in food science.
