Joint Memorandum No. 1, Series 2017: Call for Submissions to the Science and Technology Week Research Project Exhibition Contest

There will be a SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY WEEK RESEARCH PROJECT EXHIBITION which will be held on September 25 - 29, 2017 at the Valencia Hall. All faculty members and students of colleges and campuses are encouraged to submit research papers from the following areas:
- Science
- Engineering and Technology
- IT
- Computer and Computing
All colleges which are primarily aligned to Science and Technology such as College of Engineering, College of Science, College of Information and Communications Technology, and the College of Industrial Technology are required to submit at least three entries. (This is to ensure that we can effectively feature the S&T endeavors of our university.)
The submission guidelines are as follows:
- Researches should have been conducted within 2015 to 2017.
- Research abstract should be between 200-250 words that captures the scope, purpose, research design, highlights of results and major conclusions together.
- The abstract should have the name(s) of the presenter(s), work title(s), the university affiliation and email address where the researcher/s belongs.
- All entries/abstracts together with the image of the prototype and design of the project tarpaulin must be submitted through the official email: rinasanpedro@yahoo.com or dennis.delacruz@bulsu.edu.ph on or before September 1, 2017.
- A hard copy of each entry must be submitted to the University Research Office on or before September 1, 2017.
The notice of acceptance is on September 5 - 15, 2017 while the submission of full papers is from September 16 to September 20, 2017.
