Announcement: Schedule of Application for SY 2019-2020

The following are the schedule of application for School Year 2019-2020:
- College Freshmen: September 10 - October 30, 2018
- Grade 7: April 1 - May 10, 2019
- Satellite Campuses: November 5, 2018
- Shifters and Continuing Professional Teacher Education (CPTE): January 7, 2019

Application Requirements
- Two (2) recent 2x2 ID pictures with white background. Computer generated pictures are not allowed.
- One (1) photocopy and one (1) original copy of any of the following:
- Certificate of Grades or Transcript of Record.
- For College Freshmen: Grade 11 Certificate of Grades for First and Second Semeter

Grade Requirements
- For courses with Board Examinations - 85% GPA or Higher
- For Non-Board-Courses - 83% GPA or Higher
- For Bachelor of Industrial Technology - GPA may be lower than 83% but with no failing grades.
- For CPTE (Continuing Professional Teacher Education) - Transcript of Records of any completed four-year course.
- For Grade 7 - Form 138 (Report Card) of Grade 5 with final rating.
