FOR FRESHMEN STUDENTS: Please be advised that the Certificates of Registration (COR) are being processed and will be sent immediately to your email once available;
FOR OLD STUDENTS: Your Certificates of Registration (COR) can be viewed through BulSU portal. Kindly follow the instructions stated therein:
*FOR CLIENTS requesting for the documents below, you may claim your document/s five (5) working days after you have received your official receipt;
- Certified True Copy/Authenticated Documents (e.g. Diploma/TOR): Bring photocopy/ies of Diploma and/or TOR.
- Certificate of Graduation: **Send via email your proof of payment to your respective evaluators;
- Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CAV): Bring photocopy of documents, documentary stamp (one doc. stamp per document) and identify on your request the purpose, course, and number of copies of documents to be certified, authenticated, and verified;
- Duplicate Copy of Diploma: Call the OIC, Office of the University Registrar at telephone number (044) 919-7800 loc. 1001;
*All documents are available for pick-up only from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 12:00NN. Please follow-up your respective evaluators before claiming your documents
