Bulacan State University is pleased to open its Online Application for incoming freshmen for Academic Year 2023-2024.
We urge every aspiring BulSUans to read the instructions carefully before heading to the website. Likewise, please make sure that the email address you will use is valid and active to receive notifications and updates regarding your application. Kindly check your Email regularly and also check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
Please be informed that interested applicants may access the BulSU Online Application starting on October 17, 2022 (Monday) until December 17, 2022 (Saturday).

NOTE: Transferees, Shifters, Returnees, and Second Degree-courser who attempt to apply through Freshmen Admission will be blacklisted in all BulSU programs.
For transferees, Shifters, returnees, and Second-Degree coursers kindly wait for the instructions and advising announcements to be provided on a separate date.
