Duties :	Monitoring of unvacinnated individuals and providing client disclosure form. Assess and monitor vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and temperature etc. Of all patients including students, faculty and non-academic personnel. Dispense appropriate medicines and other medical supplies to students, faculty and non-academic personnel. Coordinates with the Rural Health Unit of Municipality of Bustos in case of emergency cases requiring an ambulance or hospital conduction. Promotes and update students, faculty and non-academic personnel reagrding COVID -19 vaccination. Identify employee exhibiting signs and symptoms. Conduct COVID -19 antigen swab test and monitor their health status during the course of their mandatory quarantine period. Promotes and maintains the health condition of the community through effective medical education. Provides health teaching to students, faculty and non-academic personnel. Provide First-Aid to emergency and trauma cases and referred cases to physician accordingly. Serves as medical support during various school related activities and other extension services. Inventory of medicines supplies. Medical consultations/interventions given to students, faculty and employees are recorded. Prepare reports and submit them ahead of time.

Qualifications
Education :	Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience :	At least1 (one) year related working experience
Training :	None required
Eligibility :	RA 1080 -Registered Nurse
Other Qualifications :	Knowledgeable in Administering medications and treatment. Recording of details and symptoms of patient. Computer literate.
