Duties :
  • Perform clerical functions in the Central Records Office.
  • Sort all paper alphabetically and according to content dates, significance, etc.
  • Create or update records with files and information.
  • Receive, check, label, and file 201 folders of newly hired part-time faculty including the creation of 201 card.
  • Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents.
  • Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data or by using optical scanners.
  • Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed papers.
  • Development an efficient filling system to make updating and retrieving files easier.
  • Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information.
  • Monitor inventory of files, and report shortages.
  • Perform other functions as may be instructed by the competent authority.
