Sen. Bam Aquino visits Hagonoy Campus

Hagonoy Campus Dean Dr. Felicidad A. Eleogo and University President Dr. Cecilia N. Gascon warmly welcomed the young Senator to the Satellite Campus.

The aim of the Senator’s visit is to promote awareness about the recently signed Republic Act 10931, better known as the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act. This teaches the students of State Colleges and Universities about the governing regulations behind the law. Senator Aquino also implored the students to reach out to his office should there be any concerns or suggestions surrounding the policies behind the free tuition fee.

The event was capped off by the life sharing of three selected students of the campus along with their very own Campus Dean Dr. Eleogo about the hardships they have encountered in pursuit of education and stressed that students are now very lucky to have access to free quality education.
