Institutional Accreditation: The Road to Greater Heights

Bulacan State University (BulSU) underwent its long anticipated Institutional Accreditation on April 2, 2018 with an opening program at the Valencia Hall at 8:30 AM. Headed by the Executive Director of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines Dr. Manuel T. Corpus, the AACCUP accrediting team proceeded to scrutinize the services and operations of the BulSU administration and offices to determine if applicable standards are met. Nine (9) areas of the University went through evaluation to confirm that the University has substantially achieved its objectives, and is generally equal in quality to comparable institutions. The days-long process came to an end on April 5, 2018 with a closing program which was attended by the University President, the Executive Council, and the entire BulSU Administrative Council.
