Mid-Year Commencement Exercises and Graduate School Recognition Day

The second day of March 2019 witnessed the culmination of the long and challenging journey of students taking their Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate Degrees as they turned their tassels and threw their hats during the Mid-Year Commencement Exercises inside the Valencia Hall. A total of 390 graduates from across all colleges marched to the venue at 3 o'clock in the afternoon to receive their hard-earned diplomas in front of friends and family.

The morning of the same day also bore witness to the first ever Graduate Graduate School Hooding and Recognition ceremony in which students under the M.A. and Ph.D. programs received awards for their outstanding performance in their respective courses.
