BulSU Opens a Campus at San Rafael, Bulacan

The groundbreaking is BulSU’s 5th external campus. It defines a lot of things far beyond its literal meaning. It stands for a beginning of a new success. It stands for the groundbreaking efforts of the people behind that significant day; it is the groundbreaking of wisdom and love for learning from the people who chose to invest in education thru the Bulacan State University- San Rafael Campus.

Republic Act No. 11329, which lapsed into law last April 22, 2019, enables the establishment of a Bulacan State University campus in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan. Thus will be known as the Bulacan State University-San Rafael Campus. The same is mandated to offer graduate, undergraduate, and short-term technical-vacational courses. This means opening the doors of education and opportunity to more students not only of San Rafael, but also of nearby towns. SOAR BulSU!
