Safety first: BulSU signs MOA with the Philippine Red Cross

The provisions of the Agreement include the establishment of SAMBALARAN Red Cross 143, and the training of all Extension Coordinators, and selected Non-Academic Personnel on disaster risk reduction and management, first aid, and disaster reporting among others.

The MOA was signed by the University President, Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon, the Vice-President for Research, Extension, and Training, Dr. Cecilia A. Geronimo, Dean Gina Panganiban of the College of Nursing (CON), the Secretary General of PRC, Ms. Elizabeth S. Zavalla, the Director of the University Extension Office, Dr. Victor C. Ramos, and the Extension Coordinator of CON, Mr. David S. Bote.

Other staff and personnel from the BulSU Extension Office and PRC were also present to witness the MOA signing.
