BulSU Celebrates Appreciation Day for Non-Academic Personnel Association

The celebration started with a parade participated by the personnel featuring their costumes and floats that were designed according to their assigned festival. Commencing the occasion through his message, the Executive Vice President, Dr. Teody C. San Andres gave his opening speech. He expressed his appreciation to all the personnel for their dedication and hard work in their designations. The message was followed by the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Jaime P. Pulumbarit acknowledging the attendance of each personnel. It was then followed by the inspirational message of the University President, Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon. In her message, she also recognized the efforts of each personnel and inspired them to continue the high quality of performance on their appointments.

Meanwhile, the program continued with the performances of each group, a total of 14 groups showcased their talents and showed their competitiveness in each number. The Kabukiran group topped the competition and was rewarded with a cash prize. After the performances, the NAPA also celebrated their Christmas Party. It was also attended by the University President, Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon, and the Executive Vice President, Dr. Teody C. San Andres, and the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Jaime P. Pulumbarit. As the program ended, raffles and prizes were awarded to everyone. The NAPA President, Ms. Melinda Navarro, concluded the event by giving thanks to everyone who participated in the celebration.
